David Wheal

David joined RFIB in 1992 with his team from Robert Barrow, where he was MD of the North American Division. He was appointed to the board of RFIB in 1994. David’s insurance broking career commenced in 1964 and he has been involved with the North American market ever since. David has travelled the USA and Canada extensively for over 30 years, served on a number of Lloyd’s Delegated Authority Working Parties and has been a member of the LIIBA Non-Marine Executive Committee since 1987.
