Lord Hodgson was appointed as Chairman of RFIB when FF&P invested in the company in July 2007. Lord Hodgson is also Chairman of Nova Capital Management, Tenet Limited and is the Senior Independent Director at Marstons PLC. He is the former Chairman and founder of Granville Baird Group Limited. He has also held a number of other Board positions including Chairman and founder of Community Hospitals PLC and Director of the Securities and Futures Authority. He was a Conservative Front Bench spokesman on Trade & Industry and Home Affairs 2002-2006 – leading on the Companies Act 2006.
