Nigel qualified as an accountant in 1991 and worked in general practice until 1994. He then joined Willis where he worked in a number of finance and operations roles over a period of more than 17 years during which time he also gained an MBA. Nigel’s responsibilities over this period included acting as Finance Director for a number of operating divisions before moving to a position as Operations Director of the Financial and Professional Risks division in 2005. In 2008 he became Finance Director of Glencairn Ltd, a separately regulated Willis subsidiary. This role was combined with the position of COO of London Market Wholesale, a unit which included a number of Willis businesses. Nigel joined RFIB in November 2011 as Finance Director.  Nigel also has an MBA.
