Richard`s Insurance career began in 1974 with Sir William Garthwaite`s / Sten Re. He worked in many classes of International Non Marine Insurance & Reinsurance business, including property facultative, treaty and captive company reinsurance programmes. In 1985 he commenced employment with Robert Fleming Insurance Brokers Ltd, helping in the development of the UK & International Non Marine reinsurance account. He Joined the Main Board in 1996 and was Managing Director of the Non Marine Division from 1998 -2008. Currently Director of RFIB Holdings Ltd, Director Group Development & Managing Director of Staple Hall Investments Ltd.
